Joyce is a registered nurse who has worked in healthcare leadership positions across Canada for over 30 years. Her clinical work has focused on older adults and those with disabilities. She has been involved in research, education, clinical practice and leadership and has spent time in rural, northern and urban communities in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.

Maddison has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland and has spent most of her career in the non-profit sector serving in community and social services organizations. She is passionate about helping others and supporting those who care for their community. Having lived in four different provinces, Maddison has experienced how each community is unique in its own way, however one thing remains the same – communities thrive when each member is supported to be the best version of themselves.

Kahla Evans

Prior to joining ARNM, Kahla spent nearly two decades as a television and radio host. After graduating college, she moved around the country telling stories, living, and working in almost every province. Some of Kahla's favourite moments include travelling and working with World Vision, competing in a professional ballroom dancing competition for charity and making it onto a Last Week Tonight with John Oliver segment. Outside of her work life, Kahla enjoys reading, gardening, and running with her rescue bulldog Poppy.
