Joyce is a registered nurse who has worked in healthcare leadership positions across Canada for over 30 years. Her clinical work has focused on older adults and those with disabilities. She has been involved in research, education, clinical practice and leadership and has spent time in rural, northern and urban communities in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Ontario.

Alyson is an experienced communications professional with a background in public relations, social media, website, design, and event and project management. She has a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Winnipeg and a Creative Communications Diploma from Red River College. Prior to joining the Association, she worked in a variety of roles in healthcare, government and non-profit. Alyson enjoys volunteering and has been involved with multiple organizations in a variety of roles from board member to coach.

Orycia is an emerging communications professional with previous work experience in the private and non-profit sectors. She has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Winnipeg, and a Creative Communications Diploma from Red River College. Orycia is enrolled in the new part-time postgraduate Communications Management program at Red River College. She is a dancer with the Rusalka Ukrainian Dance Ensemble and volunteers on the communications and marketing team. Orycia has performed with Rusalka all over the world including North and South America, Europe, and Asia.

Maddison has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University of Newfoundland and has spent most of her career in the non-profit sector serving in community and social services organizations. She is passionate about helping others and supporting those who care for their community. Having lived in four different provinces, Maddison has experienced how each community is unique in its own way, however one thing remains the same – communities thrive when each member is supported to be the best version of themselves.
