She has a Master’s in Business Administration and has spent most of her career in health services management, making her an excellent fit for the position.
Along with her role as Executive Director of ARNM, Joyce is also the current chair of the board for the Manitoba Association of Community Homes for the Elderly (MARCHE).
“Joyce has demonstrated strong leadership and advocacy for regulated nurses in her role as interim Executive Director,” said ARNM President Loreley Fehr. “We are thrilled she has agreed to lead ARNM and continue with her efforts."
