Cannabis and Older Adults eLearning modules

The Cannabis and Older Adults eLearning modules are continuing to have great success with over 900 clinicians registering for this amazing Health Canada funded, MOC and MainPro+ accredited, asynchronous, and free opportunity.

The eLearning remains available and current titles include:

  • Assessing Appropriateness of Medical Cannabis for Older Adults
  • Optimizing Communication with Older Adults About Cannabis
  • Monitoring for Potential Adverse Effects of Cannabis Among Older Adults  

The first of several Cannabis and Older Adults Clinician Toolkit items in both English and French are also available and new material will be added over the next few months. Resources specifically for older adults are under development.
