We invite you to attend the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing (ALSN) virtual conference from October 16-18, 2021, being held at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
This year’s theme is Nursing Science for Leadership in a New Decade. We will showcase presentations and posters using science and innovation that impact (nursing) leadership practice, policy, and education. The conference serves as a prominent and unique forum for nurse leaders to learn and discuss current healthcare and system challenges. Please share with your colleagues and graduate students as there are reduced conference rates for international attendees.
Our mission is to be a preeminent leader in shaping leadership science for nursing globally by increasing diversity amongst our membership and leveraging our ability to enhance evidence -informed practice for impactful outcomes. We are committed to expand our international partners and we are inviting nurse leaders and emerging nurse leaders to join us. One of our members has stated:
Joining ALSN is one of the very best decisions I’ve made as a graduate student! Connecting with this international community of nursing leaders is a truly enriching experience. ALSN members are incredibly supportive of graduate students — I’ve received thoughtful, constructive feedback on my scholarly work, and I’ve participated in engaging conversations with internationally renowned scholars. I’d highly recommend ALSN to all nurses with an interest in leadership and management! Edmund J. Walsh, PhD Student, Western University, London, ON
