Annual membership

Membership is active for the calendar year from January 1 at 12:00 am and expires December 31 at 11:59 pm. 

Review the membership categories below to see what's included in each one. All ARNM memberships include free professional development sessions; discounts on ARNM workshops & conferences; access to the member portal for online resources and support; and our Perks for Nurses program.

          A person is eligible to be a Non-Practicing Member if that person:

          1. was formerly a nurse, provided their registration was not cancelled by their respective College for any reason other than non-payment of fees or voluntary non-renewal; or
          2. was formerly listed on a register that authorizes practice from a respective College (or equivalent organization) in another province or territory of Canada and is now a resident of Manitoba, provided that person's authorization to practice in any other jurisdiction was not cancelled or revoked for any reason other than nonpayment of fees or voluntary non-renewal.

          This membership type does not include CNPS professional liability protection.

          Your member benefits:

            A person is eligible to be an Associate Member if that person supports the purpose of ARNM and whose application is accepted by the Board or a delegate of the Board appointed for that purpose. This membership type does not include CNPS professional liability protection.

              A person is eligible to be a Student Member if that person is enrolled in an entry-level nursing education program approved by their respective College. This membership type does not include CNPS professional liability protection.

                Payment Options

                To make the renewal and application processes as easy as possible, we've added new payment options. In addition to Visa and Mastercard, our online application now accepts Visa Debit and Mastercard Debit. All other forms of payment will need to be emailed, mailed or faxed to ARNM. All payments must be accompanied by a completed application form.

                E-transferring your payment is an easy process.

                1. Submit your PDF application form by email, mail or fax 
                2. Add the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba as a recipient with the email info@arnm.ca
                3. Set the question as “What is the password supplied?”
                4. Set the password as your last name and four digit year of birth
                5. In the message include your first name, last name and registration number (registration number is not applicable if you're a student)
                6. Send!

                We will process your application once we receive and deposit your payment. When this is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. If you are a GN, RN or NP we will automatically notify the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba that you have the professional liability protection (CNPS) you need to practice.
