Notice of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of the ARNM (Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba)

MONDAY, APRIL 7, 2025

The Board of Directors of ARNM hereby gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held at 12 PM on April 7, 2025, via Zoom webinar, for the following purposes:

To affirm the election of the Board of Directors;
To review resolutions presented by members;
To receive the financial statements of the Association for the period ending December 31, 2024;
To receive the report of the President to the members, and the report of the Executive Director;
To engage in conversation with members through the Member Forum;
To transact any other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Prior to the AGM, an updated registration package, annual report, financials, and executive director and president reports will be available on the website and emailed to all registrants.
