Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Association of Regulated Nurses of Manitoba (ARNM) hereby gives notice that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. via Zoom webinar.

The AGM provides members with an opportunity to hear updates on the work of the Association, review financial information, participate in the Member Forum, and engage in the governance of ARNM.

The purposes of the meeting are:

• To receive the financial statements of the Association for the period ending December 31, 2025;
• To receive the reports of the President and Executive Director;
• To appoint the Association's auditor;
• To consider any resolutions properly brought before the membership;
• To engage in conversation with members through the Member Forum; and
• To transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.

Current ARNM members are invited to register to attend the AGM.
