Looking to renew for 2024, but have some additional questions? We understand that there have been some changes this year, and we wanted to take the opportunity to answer your most frequent renewal questions.

What does my ARNM Membership offer me?

ARNM is proud to offer a membership that caters to your professional development needs. Our membership offers weekly sessions on various topics to help you maintain your continuing competency as a nurse.

As a member, you'll also enjoy exclusive discounts at Manitoba businesses, incredible savings through Perkopolis, and members of CRNM get discounted professional liability protection from CNPS.

Our membership also provides you with access to mentorship and support, Association awards, and grants and bursaries to help you further your education and career goals. We also offer a range of virtual and in-person events to help you connect with other nursing professionals and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and practices.

Why ARNM?

We believe that nurses should be seen as the health leaders they are - knowledgeable, confident, and resilient professionals whose voices should be heard.

We are committed to advancing the nursing profession by empowering nurses to be the best they can be. We provide a wide range of resources and educational opportunities to foster excellence in nursing and to ensure that our nurses are adequately equipped to provide the highest quality care.

We are advocates for the public we serve, striving to ensure that everyone has the best chance of achieving the best possible health outcomes.

Our message is simple - we support, empower, and celebrate nurses as the powerful and influential health leaders that they are.

While ARNM remains voluntary, we rely on you, our members, to help us speak for nurses in Manitoba.

How has the ARNM process changed for 2024?

New for 2024, your ARNM Membership renewal fee and CNPS PLP fee will be paid in two transactions.

Once you have completed your ARNM renewal, you will receive a confirmation email from us that contains the direct link to complete your CNPS PLP renewal.

As a member of ARNM, you continue to benefit from the CNPS group rate - which represents a $20 saving!

There are also changes to the CRNM and CNPS processes this year. To learn more about CNPS services and eligibility, please visit the CNPS website.

How do I log into the new ARNM website?

ARNM is excited to announce the launch of our new website and membership software this fall, designed to provide a better and more cost effective experience for our members.

In order to seamlessly transition to the new platform, we kindly request that you connect to your membership on the new software before renewing.

This will ensure that your membership information is up-to-date and that you have access to all the new features and benefits. Please follow the instructions provided on our website here to connect to the new software.

When do I need to renew by?

Renew by December 1, 2023, to continue to benefit from the CNPS group rate for the 2024 licensure year. Please ensure to renew with ARNM before proceeding to CNPS renewal. However, you can join ARNM at any time throughout the year! If you do not renew by December 1, 2023, your ARNM membership will expire at the end of December 2023.
